The Business Plan
Since I'm not planning to start a big business, my business plan is rather slim and it is not that much of a difference from the draft to the final as the final version now talks a bit more in detail about various subjects.
It is because of this that I haven't posted several drafts leading to the final business plan.
The final business plan can be downloaded from here.

Logo and business card design
Next to writing the business plan I have also made some marketing material:
My business card's front page
My business card's backside that consists of the logo design I've chosen. I made this using my own characters to make it personal and reflect me. It is for the same reason why the frontpage of the card has a drawing that I made of myself.

Market Research
I tried doing some market research to find out more about how the industry is growing as well as how many does hold a bachelor degree within animation in Norway. After a long search I unfortunately couldn't find any statistics for this spesific subject.
But, looking at the major companies webpages and reading about who is working there, revealed to me that a bachelor degree is not necessarily a common thing.
Further on, I came over an industry survey that was done by "Animation Mentor" that clearly reveals that the animation industry is indeed growing on a global scale and it is definetely a good time to be an animator.
The report from this survey can be read here.
The following posts will be the business plan draft as well as some design ideas for business cards.
